Terms of Service

Effective April 2026. These terms apply to use of the Simeron AI platform.

Service

Simeron AI provides invoice OCR, Greek GL classification, VAT calculations, duplicate detection, supplier/customer management, fixed-asset tagging where required, exports to accounting/ERP systems, and AADE myDATA workflows.

User responsibility

The platform assists accountants but does not replace professional review. Users remain responsible for verifying classifications, exports, and tax filings before submission.

AI suggestions

AI outputs are advisory. Users approve classifications before relying on them. AI memory rules belong to the customer account and may be deleted by the customer.

Uploaded files

Uploaded invoices, receipts, images, PDFs, CSV, and Excel files are used to provide the service and are not used to train third-party AI models.

Integrations

Exports and myDATA interactions depend on third-party systems outside Simeron's control. Users must verify successful posting in final systems.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe where applicable. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

Simeron AI is not a substitute for accounting advice and is not responsible for tax filing errors, user-approved classifications, or third-party outages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law and the courts of Athens have exclusive jurisdiction.
