Data Processing Agreement
A public summary of Simeron's processor terms for accounting offices. A signed DPA is available by request at privacy@simeron.ai.
Roles
The accounting office or its client is the Controller. Simeron AI acts as Processor for OCR, classification, review, storage, and export services.
Instructions
Simeron processes data only according to customer instructions, platform settings, and the service agreement.
Sub-processors
Key providers include Cloudflare, Microsoft Azure, Modal, Google Cloud/Google APIs, Stripe, and the production hosting provider.
Security
Technical and organizational measures include TLS, encrypted storage, limited production access, customer isolation, activity logging, and incident response procedures.
Breach notice
Simeron notifies customers without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting customer data.
Return or deletion
Customers may request export before termination. Data is deleted according to the Privacy Policy unless legal retention is required.
